Leave trees outside as long as possible to increase longevity.

Potted trees are also available that can be grown in the garden and moved in for Christmas year after year.

 

Feed birds

Birds will need feeding in the colder weather.

Suet balls and peanuts are a good choice as they contain lots of fats that will provide the birds with the extra sustenance they need this time of year.
